SANKHU EMPANADAS

Wanting to capture our project, with a name that means gratitude, mainly to our Peru, for the richness of its gastronomy, and at the same time thanks to Sant Cugat, a wonderful place that gave us its support at all times, grateful for this, this name gave rise . "Sankhu" is a word of Quechua origin (original language of Peru) that in Spanish translates as Inca food, prepared from corn or wheat flour. In itself the "Sankhu" is what we commonly know as "dough" today.
